Halloweentown is basically the official movie of October — the Disney Channel Original Movie debuted back in 1998, but it's still required watching as soon as Pumpkin Spice Latte season comes around. And Halloweentown in real life, located in St. Helens, Oregon, where the movie was filmed, celebrates the season every year by recreating the set of the movie for a Spirit of Halloweentown Festival. This year's festival was more than just a celebration of the film and holiday, though; it was also a Cromwell family reunion.

Kimberly J. Brown, who played the lead role of teen witch Marnie in the first three movies, has attended the festival in the past, but this year most cast members of the fan-fave film boarded their brooms to attend the festivities together.

Back in August Kimberly announced that Judith Hoag, who played Gwen; J. Paul Zimmerman, who played Dylan; and Emily Roeske, who played Sophie, would all make an appearance at this year's festival. Kimberly even wore a T-shirt with the iconic Halloweentown quote "Being normal is vastly overrated" emblazoned on it to honor the late Debbie Reynolds, who played Grandma Aggie and passed away last year.

When Kimberly first announced the family reunion she hinted that there would be a special tribute to Debbie when the family came together. She said, "We wanted to do a special tribute to her and her role as Grandma Aggie and have a small monument set up there for her, so we're going to do that this year during the lighting ceremony."

And it seems the cast was just as excited to meet and greet fans (and each other) as the fans were to see the OG Cromwell crew. Judith posted a video of the huge crowd with the caption, "Mind blown. 19 years ago it was just a sweet movie we shot one summer...who knew?" and J. Paul Zimmerman fawned over his movie mom. He captioned a picture of the two, "Seriously can't say enough about this woman right here. To go from growing up watching her to her being my pretend mom means more than I can ever describe. I am always and forever one of the biggest #JudithHoag fans." J. Paul Zimmerman also couldn't believe that anyone would dress up as him, even though he plays such a memorable role in a classic movie. He posted a photo of a boy wearing a Dylan costume saying, "I'VE BEEN COSPLAYED AS. MY LIFE IS COMPLETE."

It's not too late to get a couple of friends together for a Halloweentown group costume because, as Marnie would say, "Halloween is cool."
