In the issue, Taylor’s sandy blonde strands are transformed into a megawatt, flaxen ‘do and we cannot turn away. Her star power is brighter than ever, and now, so is her hair. The cover, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, features Taylor wearing a sparkly YSL slip dress, booties, and, of course, her usual red lip.
